The framework encompasses essential elements such as the Mission, Vision, Objectives, Key Results, and processes for quarterly performance reviews against objectives. Additionally, annual reassessment of objectives plays a pivotal role in steering the selection and prioritization of strategic projects. This structured approach not only guides the direction of initiatives but also ensures adaptability and alignment with overarching goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic focus.
